Hello to all! Thank you so much for taking time to check in on our journey to detoxing from sugar. My husband (of 4 years) and I have began a new life in a new town, state. We have a fresh start. Our fresh start reminded us both of the beginning of our relationship and have noticed some differences… 40+ pounds of difference!! We new what we had to do with our fresh start; we need to focus on our health.

There aren’t any fast food places besides subway where we live now. So we naturally have cut out eating fast food and have started eating in.  We buy fresh produce instead of canned or frozen and I bake all of our food from scratch. We take a daily jog/walk every morning and partake in more activities. With all of the research coming out about sugar, we decided that that was one thing we needed to cut out of our lives.

So here marks our journey. Enjoy.
